2.0 8v header,cam, and tires

i have a Neuspeed 429 lift 268 duration cam, it was in the car for 45 mins to break in the lobes then 3 mins with me driving, i over-revved the motor and bent a few valves. also i have a header for the 2.0 8v. and i have (2) 215-45-17 tires for sale.
