Now I don't have any experience with VWs, but I do have experience with both turbocharged, AND supercharged cars. Here are the things that you should consider:

1) Fueling: You are going to be pumping a higher cocentration of compressed air into your motor, this requiring a high concentration of fuel. You should see if your fuel system is going to be able to handle this increase in demand. I'm referring to your injectors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, and fuel rails.

2) Engine management: Your car is going to need to be tuned for this increase in air/fuel. Not sure of the options available for VWs, but i'm sure that reflash devices, chips, and piggy back systems can handle this.

3) Compression ratio: You should ask around to see how much boost your motor can handle, since it was designed as a naturally aspirated motor. Whenever you turbo, or supercharge your motor, your compression levels are going to increase greatly, and the bottom end can only handle a certain amount of cylinder pressure.

yeah appreciate man, I do know that the kit includes 42 pound injecters, and was told that could handle 7-9 pounds as long as injecters are replaced as far as compression and the fuel pump and all dont really know of anything, I do have replacement 2.0 if anything was to seriously go wrong, but I am concerned about auto tranny, For the next two weeks really just going to get to the bottom of all answers and not make big move yet......

well i poked around a bit and found out some info on the neuspeed kit. turns out they only give you 130 whp, and consiodering you're rated at 115 stock, this minimal gain is barely worth the expense. i would recommend a different kit like bbm if you're gonna go that route.

Yeah I was focused on neuspeed kit but then a few days ago I found out the same info, they told me I would be plus 43 in torque and plus 38 in hp, and for that I could just purchase every bolt on and gain that and more, so I am looking at bbm and also stage 2 turbo, so I guess Ill just hold off a little longer and see what sounds best.

Turbo seems to be the most gains and most options to upgrade and upgrade, I just have heard that it is real hard on a motor that is natural built, but it does show the most hp gains...
Also neuspeed kit I wont be able to keep ac, and it my daily driver and middle of summer def, a must,...
